Refund & Returns Policy:
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn and unwashed.
Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Items must have all tags attached.
Unfortunately we do not refund delivery charges on any orders.
To make sure you receive your order ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it online. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if there is any thing we can do if your order has not yet been shipped.
